• 1. Why is the type of the fuel important? Our software is optimized to 2 types of fuels. One of them is 95 RON EU/91 AKI USA - It is not advisable to use a weaker one than this. The other one is 98 RON EU/ 93 AKI USA - We recommend this or better e.g.: 100 RON EU.
• 2. Is the boat needed for the tuning? No, the controller is enough. We can program the controller if it is sent to us by post.
• 3. How can I order the service? By phone or email, by sending a quote.
• 4. When and how can I pay? The service should be paid after ordering it. As soon as the invoice is paid, your software can be made.
• 5. Which package should I choose? Stage 1 is recommended for original motors, but in case of some motors Stage 2 and Stage 3 are possible.
• 6. Are parts required to be changed In case of Stage 2 and Stage 3 tuning? Yes, we can help in purchasing them.
• 7. What should I do if I don’t know where the motor controller is? Send a high quality photo of your motor and we will help you find it.
• 8. How long does it take to upload the chiptuning? This may vary depending on the engine controller. Usually 1 hour .
• 9. When can I get back the engine controller that was sent by post? As soon as the engine controller and the price of the service are received, the tuning is done in 1-24 hours and the controller is sent back by post immediately.
• 10. Is it possible to ask for the tuning at my home? Yes, after the service is ordered and paid, we are willing to travel. Travelling allowance is agreed in advance.
